QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL

PI-Consult is committed on establishing and maintaining effective and efficient Quality Management Systems that conform to the requirements of certain standards, both at Corporate and Project Levels.

PI-Consult has implemented the addition of a formal level of Quality Assurance Systems to assure implementation of and continuous use of Quality Control procedures. We are aware that commitment towards Quality Assurance Program is essential to the company's long-term survival and growth.

Our Quality Assurance Program is based on the formalization of stringent Quality Control measures into a set of procedures, standardized company-wide. Each discipline has a dedicated Quality Control 'team' comprised of seasoned and well experienced engineers, to perform the checking on every product prior to issue. In addition to this, a regular series of audits are performed on each and every discipline by our Quality Assurance & Control Manager to ensure that the procedures are being followed and checking of work quality is being performed.
